310T Mechanic - Direct Hire - Day Shift

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 310T Licensed Mechanic to join a well-established and growing company in the Hamilton area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on mechanic who enjoys working on a diverse fleet of commercial trucks and trailers, with a mix of preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work. Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a fleet of commercial trucks and trailers Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air brake issues Prioritize and complete daily repairs based on driver reports and operational needs Maintain accurate service records and track maintenance schedules Coordinate and support daily shop activities and workflow Source and manage parts, inventory, and supplier relationships Communicate with internal teams to ensure minimal downtime and service disruptions Work with manufacturers and vendors on warranty and technical support Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment Requirements: Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (required) Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with truck and trailer maintenance Strong knowledge of: Diesel engines & engine overhauls Air brake systems Electrical and hydraulic systems Driveline, suspension, and transmission systems Valid G License (AZ considered a strong asset) Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment Own set of tools for standard repairs Forklift experience considered an asset Working Conditions Primarily shop-based with occasional outdoor work Exposure to typical shop conditions (noise, fumes, equipment, weather) Physically demanding role (lifting, standing, bending, etc.) Overtime may be required during peak seasons Why Apply?
