Inside Sales Associate

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a growing real estate team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective buyers and sellers in a timely manner Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to nurture and qualify leads Build rapport with clients and identify their real estate needs Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified prospects Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline Collaborate with agents to ensure a seamless client experience Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Qualifications: Previous sales or customer service experience required (real estate experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and goal-oriented Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
