Job Functions: u00b7 Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care. u00b7 Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks. u00b7 Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards. u00b7 Assist the General Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. u00b7 Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting changes to capture and capitalize on opportunities. u00b7 Collaborate with managers in the efforts of talent acquisition. Requirements: u00b7 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management. u00b7 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million. u00b7 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements. u00b7 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees. u00b7 Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical. Skills and Demands: u00b7 Ability to work various shift times to include days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays. u00b7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus. u00b7 Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment. u00b7 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. u00b7 Effective teamwork skills. u00b7 Ability to navigate various computer programs, systems, and technology tools as part of daily operations. u00b7 Must be able to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, and see clearly to perform job duties.
