Job Posting Title Senior Treasury Analyst - Remote Job Description The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for working across the Finance team on the implementation and shared support of daily company cash and bank operations. This role develops and maintains cash forecasts, analyzes balance sheet items, and provides key financial analysis on consolidated cash flow and liquidity positioning. This position provides leadership and guidance to other members of the Treasury team and partners closely with Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology to ensure effective bank administration, accurate financial reporting, and strong internal controls. This position is also responsible for creating, developing and implementing strong controls and performing complete and accurate complex in depth analysis. Responsibilities + Identify and conduct complex analysis on debt using market data, bank relationships and corporate liquidity needs and make recommendations to Senior Leadership + Perform in-depth complex analysis to prepare company cash flow modeling and other needed analysis; including consolidate information from various internal sources, update for actual results, and perform detailed variance analysis + Manages and optimizes the companyu2019s banking structure, including bank account administration, monthly bank fee analysis, costu2011saving initiatives, and ongoing coordination with banking partners to ensure efficiency, strong controls, and accurate documentation. + Identify and lead process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Treasury and other related divisions + Provide guidance and support to Associate and Treasury Analyst; demonstrate professionalism and leadership + Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required + 5 years of experience in a Treasury or related position + Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications + Superior oral and written communication and critical thinking skills + Experience working with financial institutions + Ability and willingness to provide guidance to junior staff Preferred Qualifications + MBA, CTP, CPA or CMA + Ability to adjust to situational and organizational changes and demonstrate strong time management skills + Ability to gain the respect and trust of the company's senior management and constituents and work with all levels of the organization + Demonstrated strong analytical, finance, accounting and investment management skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision + Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint Every employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
