Review Committee Process Lead

As a Review Committee Process Lead (RCPL), you will manage the end-to-end flow of materials through the Review Committee (RC) process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression of work. In this role, you will: u2022Facilitate routing of all jobs through the Review Committee (RC) system. u2022Create and prioritize Review Committee (RC) meeting agendas while collaborating with RC Chair. u2022Complete a quality check of each material to ensure submission standards are met prior to adding them to the agenda or initiating review. u2022Disseminate agendas and meeting information to RC members within established timeframe. u2022Facilitate RC meetings and electronically capture all RC recommended revisions during meetings or independent of meetings using Veeva PromoMATs. u2022Proofread all materials post-agency/brand revisions, to reconcile with RC requested changes. u2022Adhere to SLAu2019s for moving jobs in RC system for those statuses that require action by an RCPL. u2022Archives/request release of all jobs in RC system. u2022Support 2253/RIM filing requirements in conjunction with Regulatory. u2022Function as liaison with advertising agencies to ensure incorporation of RC requested changes to materials as aligned with brand owner. u2022Identify materials on a monthly basis requiring periodic review and initiate review process. u2022Assist brand team in determining resolution for stagnant materials. u2022Complete all mandatory training within required timeframes. Location: Morristown, NJ u2013 remote Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. What you must have to be considered: u20222+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising, marketing operations, or a related field. u2022Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation of decisions and action items. u2022Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. u2022Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset. u2022Ability to manage complex, cross-functional workflows in a highly regulated environment. u2022Experience facilitating meetings and capturing feedback, revisions, and action items. u2022Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, escalate risks appropriately, and support resolution. u2022Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including brand teams, regulatory partners, and external agencies. u2022Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites This will help you stand out: u2022Degree in marketing, science, healthcare, or related field u2022Pharmaceutical experience. u2022Experience with Veeva vault and Vault RIM We are excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. Pay Rate and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until March 27, 2026. The pay rate for this position is between $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
