Key Responsibilities: u2022 Lead multiple complex Capital Markets and ALM technology initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring strategic alignment and project integrity. u2022 Oversee several complex projects simultaneously, including those within the sanctions or regulatory compliance space. u2022 Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and governance structures. u2022 Develop and maintain detailed project plans, integrated schedules, and milestones across crossu2011functional teams. u2022 Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issuesu2014escalating with transparency and driving resolution. u2022 Lead financial management activities including forecasting, budgeting, burnu2011rate tracking, and capacity planning. u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for senior technology leaders, business partners, compliance, risk, and external vendors. u2022 Deliver clear, executiveu2011ready status updates, dashboards, and reporting to support decisionu2011making. u2022 Build strong relationships with partners and influence outcomes without direct authority. u2022 Champion Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery practices; facilitate ceremonies as applicable across teams. u2022 Drive alignment across engineering, product, governance, and regulatory stakeholders. u2022 Ensure all project activities and deliverables comply with ALM, Capital Markets, and regulatory expectations. Qualifications: u2022 Extensive experience managing complex technology projects or programs in regulated environments. u2022 Advanced skills in project planning, schedule management, financial oversight, and risk management. u2022 Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and problemu2011solving ability. u2022 Demonstrated leadership in crossu2011functional or matrixed environments. u2022 Experience delivering technology initiatives within Capital Markets, ALM, financial risk, or compliance domains preferred . u2022 Prior work in regulatory or highu2011governance environments. u2022 Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and modern software development processes. Job Description + Manages the most complex projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment. Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes. May be assigned a single project or a portfolio, requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, project size may be greater than $2.5m. + Develops strategy, processes, resource allocation, budget, guidelines and support of project management team. + Partners with internal project liaisons to acquire resources, assigns tasks, directs activities, and controls project execution. Coaches and mentors project team members. + Tracks and reports progress, analyzes the results based on facts, defines the products of the project, and forecasts future trends in the project. Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, devises contingency plans and recommends improvements based on results. + Maintains communications for governing bodies and interested parties. Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
