Junior Business Transformation Strategist

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Junior Business Transformation Strategist to join one of our largest financial services clients in Draper, UT sitting onsite five times a week. This person will be joining the Business Process Transformation team within the bank's Enterprise Technology Operations group. This person will be working with teams to identify projects and processes they can improve with a focus on how they can enhance reporting and leverage AI and automation. This person will help drive adoption and integration of AI from an operational standpoint across the group as well as drive process improvement and better documentation throughout. It is imperative that this person has strong analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely to executives and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
