Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Creative Social Media Strategist to lead social-first creative and paid social strategy across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and emerging channels. This role blends creative storytelling with performance optimization, owning programs end-to-endu2014from concepting and briefs to testing, production, and insights, while partnering closely with creative, analytics, brand, influencer, and media teams. Positioned within the creative strategy organization, this leader drives full-funnel impact and ensures paid social directly supports broader marketing and business goals. Advanced analytical skills with experience using UTMs, pixels, tracking, and reporting tools
