Here are some of the benefits of working at Prime Healthcare: + Health Insurance + Employer 401(k) options Full benefits at Prime Healthcare: Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but are not limited to): + Set up surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures. + Maintain a sterile environment and sterilize all instruments before surgery. + Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon and assist with various tasks. + Count and manage sponges, needles, and instruments before and after procedures. + Help position and drape patients appropriately for surgery. + Communicate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers . You must have: + A high school diploma or equivalent is required. + Current BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted) upon hire and maintained.
