What You'll Do + Lead and mentor General Managers to deliver exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences across multiple accounts. + Drive operational excellence through consistent standards, strong financial performance, and continuous improvement. + Build and strengthen client partnerships by understanding their goals, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. + Champion culinary and service innovation that aligns with Sodexo chef-driven, people-first philosophy brands. + Ensure compliance and safety across all accounts, including food safety, labor standards, and company policies. + Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and fostering a culture of growth. + Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management. + Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and elevate the regional dining experience.
