Job Posting Title Sr. Software Engineer (Data Engineer) - Clinical Vendor Solutions Remote Job Description The Clinical Vendor Solutions Data Engineer plays a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the data integration solutions that power Primeu2019s clinical vendor hub, Partner IQ. This role ensures seamless data flow between clinical vendors and internal systems, enabling timely, accurate, and highu2011quality data that supports Primeu2019s clinical programs and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities + Design, develop, test, and maintain data integration solutions that support Primeu2019s clinical vendor hub, Partner IQ. + Ensure seamless data flow between clinical vendors and internal systems. + Enable timely, accurate, and highu2011quality data delivery to support Primeu2019s clinical programs and strategic initiatives. Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required + 5 years of experience with application development or package software implementation + Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team + Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications + SQL (advanced proficiency) + Python (primary data engineering language for building PIQ pipelines) + GCP u2013 Cloud Computing + BigQuery (data warehouse, query optimization, partitioning, clustering, data modeling) + Airflow (author, schedule & monitor workflows) u2013 Cloud Composer + Dataflow (data processing u2013 batch & stream) or similar (Apache Beam) + Ability to solve complex problems + Ability to effectively communicate within & across multiple teams (IT, Business, Clients & Vendors) Preferred Qualifications + Data analysis & management (architecture, modeling, mapping, testing, optimization, etc.) + Cloud Storage (bucket management, lifecycle policies, data archival) + Bash/Shell (automation & scripting) + Monitoring (cloud logging & monitoring) + API & service integrations across platforms & applications (on-prem, cloud, SaaS) + CICD pipelines - GitHub (continuous integration continuous deployments) or similar + IAM frameworks & tools (identify & data access management across environments) + Container platform & tools (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.) + Experience across multiple OS & DB environments + SDLC delivery within large project & ongoing support environments across varying methodologies (software development lifecycle) + Ability to mentor team members PBM and/or Healthcare experience Every employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
