The Site Manager plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls all office and warehouse activities. How you create impact u2022 Oversee warehouse operations, staff meetings, and administrative support to meet productivity, service, and compliance goals u2022 Develop and implement systems for facility management, HR, equipment, and inventory to ensure profitability u2022 Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, Retail, Pharma, and OSHA regulations u2022 Manage customer relationships, service standards, contract negotiations, and conflict resolution u2022 Represent the company in trade organizations and support marketing/sales initiatives u2022 Monitor tech advancements and HR policies to optimize performance u2022 Plan and manage annual budgets, resource allocation, and profit targets u2022 Maintain standards for sanitation, safety, maintenance, and efficient storage utilization What we would like you to bring u2022 Bacheloru2019s Degree in Business, Logistics or related field required u2022 Seven (7) or more years of Management experience in a 3PL environment with P&L responsibility u2013 preferably within the automotive or aerospace sector u2022 Proficiency in planning, staffing, and budgeting u2022 Lead cross-functional communication with ownership, executives, staff, and customers u2022 Successful communication - written and verbal u2022 Establish priorities and multi-task u2022 Possess professional business demeanor u2022 Materials handling equipment and personal computers with good working knowledge of MS Office Suite. u2022 Very organized / Methodical u2022 Critical / Analytic / Objective u2022 Approachable u2022 Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment What's in it for you At Kuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues.
