Our teams will deliver the finest digital transformation services to clients u2013 including digital consulting and infrastructure and application services u2013 to help them be more competitive. Fujitsu believes passionately in building an environment of trust, empowerment and support, it is also critical that sales people in our organization understand the meaning of accountability Qualifications u2022 Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience u2022 Quota attainment record u2022 Net New customer track record with success u2022 Experience selling IT Services & Solutions into Manufacturing clients with current industry knowledge u2022 Experience helping customers with Digital Transformation and Application Modernization u2022 Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etcu2026) and experience selling consulting services around these offerings especially in manufacturing u2013 not just digital core but factory systems as well including MES, PLM and Mii. u2022 Familiarity with industry direction like Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, Manufacturing as a Service and AI. u2022 High level contact experience i.e. C-suite or business owner depending on size of prospect u2022 Capable of handling complex sales with contract options o Able to discuss & negotiate contract T&Cu2019s o Resourceful and able to engage the right people to bring deal to closure (YES) u2022 Experience selling with various departments from sales engineers through to delivery/implementation u2022 Bacheloru2019s Degree; strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills; effective cold calling skills; familiarity with sales tools such as ; willing and able to travel As we are looking for a remote position, the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $113,400 to $145,800 USD. Additionally, this role will be eligible for a sales incentive.
