A Day in the Life Reporting to the Physical Flows Supervisor, you will be a key player in our Dallas distribution center. As part of the Consumer Products Division, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of our products using powered material handling equipment (MHE), ensuring our world-famous brands reach our customers accurately and on time. + Execute Physical Flows: You will operate forklifts and other MHE to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products. This includes picking materials for production and preparing finished goods for shipment. + Uphold Quality Standards: You'll be a guardian of our quality, ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, damage-free, and meet our high standards. + Champion Safety & Housekeeping: You will conduct daily equipment inspections, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and operate all equipment safely, in compliance with OSHA standards and Lu2019Oru00e9alu2019s safety programs. + Manage Inventory: You will assist in maintaining tight inventory control by ensuring proper stock rotation, participating in physical inventories, and keeping accurate records to support the team.
