VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Acquisition Logistics Analyst to join the current team in support of our NAVSEA customer. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite 3 days a week in Washington, DC.The successful candidate will be a proactive, self-starter, problem solver, ready jump in, learn quickly, and join the team in supporting both the customer and the mission by providing acquisition logistics support to a NAVSEA Acquisition Program Office.ResponsibilitiesProvide acquisition logistics support to a NAVSEA Acquisition Sustainment Program Office contributing to the planning, coordination, and execution of program logistics and sustainment activities across the acquisition lifecycleSupport the development and maintenance of logistics documentation and deliverablesAssist with planning and coordination of logistics activities to support program acquisition and sustainment objectivesEngage with stakeholders and build relationships with program acquisition, logistics and field activity teams to facilitate decisions and effectivenessSupport the Program Office Program Objective Memorandum (POM) including the Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) total resource cost budgeting processEngage with stakeholders across program acquisition, logistics, engineering, and field activity teams to facilitate coordination and support program executionDevelop presentations, facilitate brief updates, provide meeting support, and track action items in support of program leadershipCollect, organize, and analyze logistics and program data to support planning, reporting, and risk identificationManage and prioritize multiple tasks while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced program environmentDevelop presentations, facilitate brief updates, provide meeting support and track action itemsBasic Qualifications4+ years of experience providing acquisition, logistics, or program management support to a Navy/DoD Acquisition Program OfficeExperience supporting Integrated Product Support (IPS) or lifecycle sustainment planning activities for Navy/DoD acquisition programsExperience developing presentations, facilitating high-level brief updates, providing meeting support, and tracking action items in support of program leadershipKnowledge of Department of Defense acquisition lifecycle processes (DoD 5000 series) and sustainment planningExperience coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, acquisition, logistics, and fleet stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively with minimal supervisionCritical thinker with strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and SharePointDesired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant disciplineExperience supporting a Navy Acquisition Program Management OfficeFamiliarity with Navy funding processes including Other Procurement Navy (OPN-8) funding and Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) processes Familiarity with Navy BAM modeling processes such as Readiness-Based Sparing (RBS) in support of the budget cycle and fleet readinessFamiliarity with Navy supply chain and provisioning processExperience developing logistics deliverables such as Interim Supply Support Plans (ISSPs) and other sustainment documentationSalary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualu2019s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $105,000.00 to $115,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees.
