Contract Duration: 9 Months Required Skills & Experience + 5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. + GenAI Go to Market strategy documents and rollout plans + Stakeholder impact assessments and readiness dashboards + Communication and change management plans + Adoption and value realization metric frameworks + Executive launch decks and performance updates + Post launch adoption and success reports + Enterprise product launch and release management + Adoption and value realization metrics design + Communications and change enablement frameworks + KPI dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) + Experience launching technology products in regulated environments + Strategic thinking and structured problem solving + Executive level communication and storytelling + Strong stakeholder management and influence + Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value + High attention to detail with strong execution discipline What You Will Be Doing + Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Strategy and Planning. + Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Strategy and Planning challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. + Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. + Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. + Define end to end go to market strategies for GenAI products, platforms, and capabilities. + Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments across business, technology, risk, legal, and operations. + Develop and execute communication, change, and enablement plans aligned to enterprise standards. + Design phased rollout strategies (pilots, limited release, scale) for GenAI capabilities. + Partner with Product, Architecture, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure launch readiness. + Define and manage adoption, value realization, and customer success metrics. + Track, analyze, and publish adoption KPIs, benefits realization, and usage insights. + Support leadership updates, launch materials, and executive communications.
