Description We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will create compelling designs for social and digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with brand identity and marketing goals. Responsibilities: u2022 Design visually engaging graphics for social media and digital advertising campaigns. u2022 Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. u2022 Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and Photoshop, to produce high-quality designs. u2022 Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. u2022 Incorporate feedback effectively to refine designs and deliver high-quality final products. u2022 Stay updated on design trends and industry standards to create innovative content. u2022 Ensure consistency and accuracy across all graphic materials. u2022 Prepare files for digital delivery and production as needed. u2022 Contribute ideas and strategies to improve campaign performance through creative design. u2022 Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in social and digital advertising. u2022 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. u2022 Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout. u2022 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment. u2022 Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. u2022 Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. u2022 Familiarity with creating designs for social media campaigns. u2022 A portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work.
