Twin City Staffing is hiring a Punch Press Operator for a busy manufacturing facility in Minneapolis We are looking for experienced punch press operators for a high-precision metal stamping environment. Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $20.00 $28.00/hr. (DOE) Hours: 1st Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Mon Fri) Benefits of the Punch Press Operator: Hands-on training provided Health, life, and disability insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Complimentary on-site parking Convenient access to public transportation Company-sponsored events and volunteer opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Duties of the Punch Press Operator: Set up and operate punch presses and equipment Perform blanking, bending, and forming operations Read blueprints and technical work instructions Measure parts to verify specs and tolerances Use shop math for quality assurance Maintain 80% or greater production efficiency Document quality checks and maintain workspace Requirements: 1+ year of manufacturing experience Punch press or progressive die setup experience Ability to understand tolerances (e.g., +/- .005) Basic computer skills and shop math proficiency Strong English communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
