Business Development Manager Financial Institutions At Brinku2019s, we donu2019t just deliver secure logistics u2014 we deliver peace of mind. You will play a critical role in deepening the relationships that fuel our business. Youu2019ll work closely with a portfolio of valued clients, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their unique needs and helps them unlock the full potential of Brinku2019s integrated cash management and security solutions. Pay: Base Salary Range $80,000 - $120,000 + Sales Incentive Plan (Commission) What Youu2019ll Do: u00b7 Grow and strengthen existing customer relationships by identifying opportunities to expand solution adoption and increase Brinku2019s footprint within each account u00b7 Engage in regular, consultative conversations with clients to understand their evolving business challenges and recommend tailored solutions u00b7 Uncover account growth opportunities through performance analysis, market insights, and regular account reviews u00b7 Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams u2014 from Customer Care and Operations to Product and Marketing u2014 to deliver seamless, value-driven service u00b7 Deliver compelling presentations using data, case studies, and industry trends to articulate the impact of Brinku2019s offerings u00b7 Negotiate renewals and upsells, ensuring each agreement aligns with the customeru2019s needs and Brinku2019s business goals u00b7 Use CRM tools (like Salesforce) to manage your pipeline, track engagement, and forecast account growth u00b7 Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align with key stakeholders, highlight results, and plan for continued success u00b7 Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and feedback to help shape future offerings and enhance the client experience What You Bring: u00b7 A passion for relationship-building and helping customers succeed u00b7 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or business development, ideally in a B2B environment u00b7 Strong business acumen and a consultative approach to identifying customer needs and solutions u00b7 Proven ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels u00b7 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills u00b7 A collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate cross-functional teams and drive shared outcomes u00b7 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) u00b7 A self-starter mentality, able to work independently while staying connected to team goals u00b7 Willingness to travel up to 60% for in-person client engagement u00b7 Experience in logistics, with a strong track record of partnering directly with customersu2019 finance and operational teams, is preferred Whatu2019s Next?
