We areseeking MIG Welders/ Fabricators who are dedicated, detail orientatedand who wants a stable consistent hours where OT is always available butnot mandatory. We have no shortage of work at Global Power ComponentsResponsibilities: (what you will be doing) Welding I-Beam Frame and FuelTanks in flat/vertical overhead positions. The sheet metal thicknesswill range from 10 gauge up to inch. Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind orbolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions forwelding Position and secure workpieces, using hoists, cranes, wire andbanding machines or hand tools Inspect products/equipment fordefects/malfunctions Requirements: (what it takes to be successful) Mustbe able to read measuring devices, such as tape measure Must be able toread blueprints - this is extremely important GMAW (MIG/MAG) experiencepreferred Able to troubleshoot and problem solve Must be highlymotivated Able to communicate and work well with others Pay attention todetails and have a strong drive to succeed Must pass competency test andpre-employment physical including drug screen What's great about thisjob/Global Power Components: Expanding, privately held organizationOutstanding job security, 40+ hours a week, 52 weeks a year - in anorganization that has been growing for years - and continues to do so.OT paid over 40 hours Medical/Dental benefits eligible after 60-daysEqual Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled GlobalPower Components is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative ActionEmployer.
