And ifthat's you we would love to have you join us Job Description TheSenior Manager, Chemistry & Materials and Product Performance Testingleads a global, multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring theintegrity, reliability, and compliance of materials and products throughadvanced testing methodologies. You will be in an important position tolead innovation, quality assurance, and regulatory understanding acrossproduct development and manufacturing processes, while promotingcollaboration across international sites and diverse technicaldisciplines. You will report to our Director, Manufacturing ProcessEngineering and work out of our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. YourResponsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team of scientists,engineers, and technicians. Foster a culture of safety, innovation, andcontinuous improvement. Ensure testing operations meet internal qualitystandards and external regulatory requirements. Maintain laboratoryaccreditations and support audits and inspections. Align team goals withour broader organizational goals. Lead financial planning activities,manage capital projects, and develop business cases to support strategicprograms and investment decisions. Develop partner relationshipsincluding senior leadership, customers, and external partners andinfluence across departments to guide understanding and deliver on ourgoals. Lead and enable teams to solve complex technical challenges byremoving organizational barriers, promoting collaboration, and applyingsystemic thinking to guide root cause analysis and sustainable solutiondevelopment.
