Our Shift Leaderscollaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the teamto deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to takecharge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedbackand coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close thestore with little to no supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuringthe quality of the food and beverages we serve; and by keeping a safeand clean store environment.
