The preferredcandidate will have 2-5 years related experience, including planning,specification, and implementation of engineering design projects. Thisrole would report into an Engineering Manager. Tasks andQualifications: What you will do In This Role: Leads the design ofcomplex systems that integrate hardware and software. Works heavily withDematic Multi-shuttle Systems (DMS) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)Provides support in complex material specification, schematicpreparation, bill-of-materials development, and appropriate follow-up.Recommends ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction andimprovement in customer satisfaction. Performs important areas ofstandard professional level work that typically requires processing andinterpreting more complex, less clearly defined issues. Defines a pathto solution of complex or unusual problems to others. Identifies andresolves readily identifiable, clearly defined problems. Seeks-outgrowth and knowledge in a specific technical area. Leads complexprojects through the project life cycle, including all documentation andforecasting, referring unusual situations to others. Lead a team ofengineers and take accountability for successful execution of projects.Create robust staffing and execution plans. Manage project budgets andproactively identify plans to mitigate cost overruns. What We AreLooking For: BS in Engineering or a related field. 2+ years of relatedexperience. Experience with both Siemens TIA Programmable LogicControllers (PLC) and Allen-Bradley Studio 5000. Willingness to travel~40%-60% domestically. Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge andprinciples...
