Content Strategist Remote

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Content Strategistfor a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company locatedin Milwaukee, WI. This is an 8+ month contract opportunity. Remote oronsite. Pay range: $31.68 - $33.00 per Hour Summary: This role is partof the Field Function, which is responsible for delivering useful andactionable content to the company's sales force. The Content Strategistwill support the implementation and maintenance of updates to the fieldintranet site, helping to create consistency and improve the userexperience to help field members find information quickly.Responsibilities: Support cleanup and maintenance of field intranetcontent including copyediting, formatting, testing and updating links,updating document titles, and verifying accuracy Implement requestedcontent updates from business partners across the enterprise andefficiently manage a work queue with impeccable internal customerservice Facilitate content owner outreach and content updates in supportof sitewide annual review Review and copyedit content to create a clear,consistent, concise content experience for field and home office usersSupport the development, maintenance and documentation of site contentstrategy Support development of content creation and review processes toenable a cohesive content ecosystem Requirements: B.A. in journalism,communications, English, marketing, digital media or related field 2-4years of previous experience in UX writing and/or content strategy workin product, marketing or tech organizations, agencies, or freelancePrevious work experience in a large corporate environment is a plusStrong writing skills and command of the English language (grammar,spelling and vocabulary) Strong work ethic and ability to maintain highlevels of output Experience in UX and technical writing Ability toadhere to brand voice, tone and style requirements Natural curiosity anda knack for creative problem-solving Able to balance multiple projects;adaptable to ever-changing priorities Ability to work in a team-orientedenvironment, help teammates and learn from them Ability to collaborate,seek transparency and work independently to execute tasks Stronginterpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills Copyediting HTMLOrganization and time management Technical Writing Desired skills:Content Strategy Data Analytics Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Onlycandidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employeeswill be considered for this position.
