JOB REQUIREMENTS: Cut insulation to defined widths and lengths Assemblepumps, motors, unit liners and shells Set-Up Condensing Units performsawing as required Charge and test units Final assembly and cratingBackbar Assembly Inner liner assembly Outer shell assembly Housingassembly and foam Top / Door assembly and foam Fan, shelf, and drawerassembly Crating Tube Bending Bend, coil, and pack tubes Report anyproduct issues, (missing/broken parts) to supervisor immediately to notdelay production Maintain continuous improvement mindset and activelyengage with supervisor(s), both for personal career growth and productdevelopment; make suggestions for improvements and efficiency Completetraining as defined by training matrix and instructed by supervisor Meetdaily defined production goals Follow and maintain all safetyprocedures, including wearing required PPE Maintain high attention todetail and a desire to consistently produce high quality productsComfortable communicating with other employees, supervisors, andstakeholders using the English language in both written and verbalformats Able to adhere to scheduled workdays and hours Basic computerskills and understanding OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Must have 1-2 years of assembly experience Lifting up to 50lbs APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: This position is listed by a privateemployment agency.
