Job Description Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Change Management and Training Consultant to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading program activities and ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Oracle Health EHR, change management best practices, and strong project management skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsu2014both internal stakeholders and client partnersu2014so familiarity with the Oracle Health EHR, change management best practices, and strong project management skills is essential. Responsibilities Responsibilities: u00b7 Manage a portfolio of training and change management projects u00b7 Identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement u00b7 Share best practices across disparate teams u00b7 u00b7 Support the change management team through the production and revision of change management collateral. u00b7 Manage client relationships and serve as a point of escalation for questions and concerns. u00b7 Prepare updates and briefing documents for leadership to advise on the status of each assigned project. u00b7 Assess, manage, and report on program risks and influencing activities as a trusted agent u00b7 Ensures work products meet (and frequently exceed) quality requirements u00b7 Monitor and controls work, anticipating and avoiding issues to the maximum extent possible Required Skills: u00b7 Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci,). u00b7 Strong project management skills (e.g. PMP) u00b7 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly. u00b7 Self-starter, confident and driven with strong organizational skills u00b7 Have a proven ability to work with uncertainty, navigate ambiguous situations and solve complex problems u00b7 Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, showing a willingness to take on new challenges, and aspiring to contribute significantly to the organizationu2019s growth and success Education, certifications, or experience Strongly Preferred Skills: u00b7 Bachelors plus a minimum of 8 years with full project management experience u00b7 PMP strongly preferred u00b7 PROSCI certification strongly preferred u00b7 Previous Oracle Health strongly experience preferred u00b7 Previous Federal Contracting experience preferred _Required travel up to 10% u00b7 US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance._ Oracle Health Mission Statement: At Oracle, we believe we have a moral obligation to leverage our resources, knowledge, and expertiseu2014as well as our successes in other industriesu2014and apply them to healthcare and health research to make a meaningful impact. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
