Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doThe Sr. Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst supports the sales organization, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. They are a trusted advisor for senior sales leaders, focusing on improving productivity, analyzing performance metrics, supporting key strategic initiatives and annual planning. The role blends analytical insight, business acumen, and strong cross-functional partnership with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to a Sr. Director of Sales Strategy and Operations.ResponsibilityAdvise sales leaders in driving revenue growth and improved efficiency across the region or business segmentOwn end-to-end performance analytics and root-cause assessment from demand generation through post-sales, translating insight into prioritized actions and measured outcomesSupport forecasting processes and reporting, enhancing visibility into sales and management activitiesEstablish organizational design and growth needs, including headcount tracking, quota allocations, and organization chartsSupport annual strategic planning and the recurring business review cadence (quarterly/monthly)Collaborate with supporting functions (Finance, Business Development, Marketing, etc.) for effective regional or business unit supportSupport critical operational and strategic projects aimed at increasing sales productivity and operational excellenceJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasic5+ years in sales strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related strategy and operations fieldsExperience with SQL/Snowflake, Salesforce CRM, and Excel/SheetsPreferredPrior experience in B2B GTM strategy (especially SaaS)Strong analytical skillsProven ability to analyze large datasets and translate data into actionable insightsEffective verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively, make effective decisions with incomplete information, and manage complex projectsProven diplomacy, integrity, negotiation skills, and bias for action with a results-driven mindsetWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salaryWashington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $97,000.00 - $139,525.00 base salaryThis role is also eligib
