Job Description

Description We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to support a largeu2011scale Physical Access Control System (PACS) implementation. This role involves requirements gathering, business process analysis, organizational change management, and alignment with BABOK standards as part of a comprehensive business analysis framework. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detailu2011oriented, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Analyze proposed changes, assess project impacts, and define business requirements for PACS implementation. u00b7 Lead and support requirements elicitation sessions, documentation, and communication across stakeholders. u00b7 Perform organizational change management activities and develop business process maps. u00b7 Learn PACS functionality and validate that system capabilities meet documented business requirements through a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). u00b7 Participate in testing activities and support communication planning for endu2011user adoption. u00b7 Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and ongoing support to project teams. u00b7 Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and contribute to future project scoping. u00b7 Present findings and recommendations to business and executive leadership. u00b7 Develop business and system requirements, use cases/user stories, workflow diagrams, and fit/gap analyses. u00b7 Translate stakeholder needs into structured, testable requirements. u00b7 Maintain deep understanding of business processes, associated IT systems, and PACS integrations. u00b7 Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams. u00b7 Gather information from diverse sources to support planning, analysis, and requirements development. Requirements Qualifications: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field (Experience may substitute for degree). u00b7 Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting physical access system implementations. u00b7 Experience with 3+ PACS implementations or equivalent related experience. u00b7 2+ years understanding terminology related to servers, networking, and OT system integrations. u00b7 Proven experience facilitating complex requirements sessions and maintaining full requirements traceability. u00b7 Hands-on experience owning RTMs across planning, testing, and delivery phases. u00b7 Strong technical writing skills with ability to create SOPs, process documentation, and operational artifacts. u00b7 Experience supporting vendor design validation, UAT planning, and stakeholder signoff. u00b7 Strong written and verbal communication skills across both technical and nonu2011technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: u00b7 Familiarity with BABOK standards and business analysis methodologies. u00b7 Experience with Prosciu00ae or ACMP standard organizational change management practices. u00b7 Experience developing balanced scorecard performance metrics. u00b7 Experience with large enterprise IT transformation or security-related projects. u00b7 Experience working with executive leadership in complex organizations.
