Job DutiesThe role of the Senior Manager, Operations - Dispatch Technology operates as the business driver for Institutional operations, overseeing the implementation and optimization of dispatch technology. The Senior Manager, Operations - Dispatch Technology will be a key member of the Institutional Operations leadership team and will be accountable for coordinating, facilitating, and managing the deployment and ongoing use of dispatching platforms to maximize service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
