Job Summary The Senior Director, Media and Measurement is responsible to lead the Papa Johnu2019s advertising media strategy by building consumer-focused advertising strategies to drive brand growth and ROAS improvement. This is accomplished by developing paid media strategies that are based on consumer behaviors that come to life across all paid media. In addition, the Senior Director oversees Papa Johns Market Mix Modeling + Multi-Touch Attribution efforts, measuring the impact of both owned and paid touchpoints. In addition, the role is responsible to track, analyze, and make recommendations based on competitive activity. This role manages relationships with external media agencies and measurement partners. The role also works cross-functionally with the field/corporate Regional Marketing team to ensure the media strategy is being executed effectively at the local level. Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned) + Leads the development of the national media strategy to support Papa Johnu2019s brand and promotional strategies + The candidate will have a proven track record in managing Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and reporting automation/visualization partners. The candidate can explain measurement data to a broad range of stakeholders in a digestible way + The candidate must have experience managing people. The candidate will hire and manage a team of people to effectively scale their strategies + Track national media spending, identify and resolve discrepancies from budgets with the national media buying agency; record and manage media invoices; regularly communicate budget status and issues + Manage national and local agency partnerships as part of the national media plan to achieve industry leading campaigns; ensure compliance, support, and performance of national media activities + Track media activity; prepare regular summary reports; coordinate communications with media vendors; coordinate and participate in meetings; review proposals and provide POVs + Communicate the national and local media plan to the field (Regional Marketing Directors and Local Co-op Agencies), including marketing assets, creative rotation, national media calendar, national media plan, monthly TV Buy Summaries + Manage and communicate competitive reporting from national agency + Send and manage assets for sponsorships and added value, coordinate approval with SVP, Brand and Papa Johnu2019s Legal Dept.It is the policy of Papa Johnu2019s to provide equal employment opportunities for all applicants and team members without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status or civil partnership, national or ethnic origin, pregnancy or maternity, veteran status, uniformed service (as defined by 10 U.S.C. u00a7101 (a)(5)), protected disability status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender reassignment, or gender expression, or any other characteristic protected by statute or law.
