JOB SUMMARY:The Senior Solution Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), leads functional workstreams from discoverythrough golive andpost golive support. This role translates business needs into fit for purpose configuration, functional design, documentation, testing, and training that align to the approved solution design. The Senior Solution Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders within assigned functional areas, partners closely with the Solution Architect, Program Manager, and technical team members, and mentors Solution Consultants through successful delivery. The role is expected to deliver exceptional client service, take ownership of outcomes, and escalatecross-workstreamdesign decisions with clear options and recommendations.Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Functional Workstream Ownership- Leadrequirementsworkshops, process mapping, and fit gap analysis for assigned modules and business processes.- Translate requirements into functional designs and configuration decisions aligned to the approved solution design and project scope.- Own functional delivery plans for assigned workstream, including activities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.- Identifyscopechange, risks, and downstream impacts early; communicate clearly and escalate with recommended paths forward.Solution Build and Configuration Quality- Configure Dynamics 365 F&SCM for assigned scope using Arctic IT standards, repeatable patterns, and Microsoft recommended practices.- Develop andmaintainfunctional design artifacts, including functional requirements, functional design specifications, configuration workbooks, and decision logs.- Partner with technical resources on extensions and integrations;validatethat delivered functionality meets functional intent and aligns with approved design.- Support solution governance by flagging deviations from approved design and coordinating review with the Solution Architect.- Contribute to financial reporting deliverables when applicable, including Financial Reporter or other reporting tools, aligned to accounting and reporting requirements.Data Migration and Integrations- Define functional requirements for data migration, including mapping, validation rules, data quality expectations, and cutover timing.- Support data conversion activities using approved tools and patterns, includingtemplate basedimports;validateoutcomes with business users.- Define andvalidatefunctional requirements for integrations and data flows;participatein integration testing andend to endscenario validation.Testing and Cutover Readiness- Own test execution for assigned workstream, including test case development, scenario coverage, defect triage, and retest validation.- Prepare and support user acceptance testing, including UAT scripts, facilitation, and sign off criteria for assigned scope.- Support cutover planning and go live readiness activities, including issue burn down, readiness checklists, andhypercareplanning.Client Enablement and Adoption- Developrole basedtraining materials and deliver training throughone on one,webinar, and classroom formats asappropriate.- Coach users throughend to endbusiness scenarios to drive adoption and operational readiness.- Provide application support during stabilization and ongoing support periods; document resolutions and knowledge transfer.- Assistwith escalation support for help desk as needed.Pre Sales and Internal Contributions- Supportpre salesactivities as needed, including discovery workshops, demonstrations, scope clarification, and estimate inputs.- Contribute to marketing initiatives such as seminars and client stories, as requested.- Obtain andmaintainrelevant ERP certifications, as applicable.Team Leadership and Standards- Mentor Solution C nsultants through requirements, design, configuration, documentation, and client facilitation practices.- Promote Arctic IT's project implementationmethodologyand contribute to continuous improvement of templates, standards, and reusable assets.- Exemplify professional, clear, andtimelycommunication in all interactions, includingfollow upsand status reporting.Decision Rights and Escalation- Own configuration and process recommendations within assigned workstream scope, ensuring traceability from requirements to design and testing.- Escalate cross module decisions, integration design impacts, security and segregation of duties concerns, and deviations from approved solution design to the Solution Architect.- Partner with the Program Manager to communicate progress, risks, and required decisions to keep projects on schedule.Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree inAccounting,Business, ComputerScience,or related field- 5+ yearsofMicrosoft Dynamics365F&SCMsolutionimplementationexperience- 5+years of industry and/or consultingexperience- Strong understanding of software implementation life cycle, project management, business process management, requirements definition, functional design, quality management, and change management- Strong Financial module experience with an accounting background- Experience with Supply Chain Management module- Valid driver's license and insurance- Applicants subject to government security investigationsand tribal gaming investigationsand must meet eligibility requirements related to the clearance process- Stronginterpersonal andcommunication skills- Microsoft Office 365 experienceWORKING ENVIRONMENT:Themajority ofwork for this role is performed in a home office and interacts with a wide variety of people with differing functions,personalitiesand abilities.Telecommuters are expected to have sufficient home office space that appears neat,organizedand professional when on video meetings.
