DESCRIPTION We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing integrated commerce agency. This Account Executive role works closely with account management to support the planning and execution of account-specific marketing programs for a Premium CPG client. This role requires 3 years of prior CPG or agency experience, a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, and strong communication skills. Experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) and/or retail marketing is a plus. Responsibilities include developing estimates, managing timelines, scheduling meetings, brief & creative reviews, and preparing status reports. RESPONSIBILITIES Client & Account Management: + Train, supervise, and oversee Account Coordinator responsibilities. + Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact at the appropriate level. + Develop, nurture, and maintain client relationships. + Expand client relationships beyond normal day-to-day contacts. + Initiate and lead regular client status meetings for all ongoing projects. + Write and distribute meeting recaps within 24 hours. + Attend client meetings video meetings Project Execution & Creative Development: + Participate in brainstorm meetings and assist in developing marketing ideas. + Provide preparation materials for brainstorm meetings. + Ensure recommended program solutions align with clientsu2019 sales and marketing goals. + Assist or lead in presenting concepts and program strategies. + Oversee the creative process, ensuring alignment with client expectations. + Ensure receipt of client-approved Creative Guidelines/Communication Priorities. + Obtain necessary electronic files and artwork from client vendors as needed. + Oversee the execution of retail custom promotions and platforms. Budget & Timeline Management: + Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring all teams are informed of deviations. + Assist in developing monthly client billing estimates and profit assessments. + Monitor changes in project scope that may affect the overall budget and timeline. + Ensure appropriate markups are applied in all estimating and billing processes. + Support account leadership in overall profitability management. Compliance & Process Management: + Follow agency processes and procedures for project execution. + Oversee sweepstakes administration, rebates, and other promotional activities. + Support execution of promotional campaigns with internal departments. + Stay up to date with industry trends, reviewing trade journals, websites, and reports. QUALIFICATIONS + Bacheloru2019s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). + 3+ years of agency experience in retail or consumer packaged goods marketing preferred. + Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills. + Self-starter with strong analytical problem-solving abilities. + Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. + Salesforce experience is a plus.
