Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance HVAC Technician located near Columbus, Ohio. Looking for a person that has a 20u201330-minute commute. You will join a highly respected real estate company and will be a part of their facilities team. Main function of this role is to travel to multiple commercial facilities to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment on all systems. This individual must assure that equipment is being maintained in any energy efficient, safe manner, and down time is reduced to a minimum by anticipation of necessary repairs and keeping records of past operating experiences. You will be expected to perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including wars and flooring, installed fixture, roofing systems, lighting etc. You will be given a company van, work cell phone, uniform, and equipment as needed to perform job functions. Administrative Tasks u2022u2003Submit P-card Receipts Daily u2022u2003Update work order status in real time u2022u2003Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed. u2022u2003Perform Vehicle Safety Inspection u2022u2003Escalating problems or issues to Customer and Manager in a timely manner u2022u2003Attend work and safety meetings as required u2022u2003Any and all other duties and tasks assigned. Physical Work Requirements: u2022u2003Lifting up to 80 lbs. u2022u2003Working from heights. u2022u2003Frequently climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and working/extending overhead. u2022u2003Working in adverse conditions (i.e., extreme cold,extremehot). u2022u2003Driving for long periods of time. u2022u2003Climbing a ladder with a 300 lb weight limit while carrying a tool bag weighing approximately 20 lbs. u2022u2003Climbing a ladder up to 30 feet. u2022u2003Must be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required. Job Responsibilities: uf076u2003Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and other components. uf076u2003Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings. uf076u2003Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations. uf076u2003Respond effectively to all emergencies. uf076u2003Prepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken. uf076u2003Study and become familiar with the various items of equipment, and the methods required to use them properly, that are required in everyday activities. This to include building automation systems, fire / life safety systems, and any other building related equipment. uf076u2003Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them. uf076u2003Maintain compliance to State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws. uf076u2003Must be willing and able to support any afterhours building related activity as required. uf076u2003Attend periodic training seminars. uf076u2003Other assigned operational tasks as may be typically expected of the Mobile Engineer role. uf076u2003Candidate will be provided tools required to perform assigned work scope. Compensation: $30/hr to $38/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
