We encourage you to step beyondyour comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster yourprofessional and personal growth, all while valuing your uniquecontributions.Turn Lab Insights Into Better Patient Outcomes.Help healthcare teams deliver the right results at the right time.What You'll Do- Lead discovery sessions with laboratory and clinical leadership to identify workflow gaps and improvement opportunities.- Assess digital maturity and benchmark customers against industry standards.- Translate operational needs into measurable outcomes: reduced turnaround time, efficiency gains, cost savings, and standardization.- Co-create future-state workflows with Healthcare Consultants (HCs) and Informatics Solutions Architects (ISAs).- Identify opportunities for interoperability, standardization, and decision-support across multi-site networks.- Support ROI, TCO, and KPI-based business case development.- Partner with HITs and ISAs during sales discovery, solution design, and executive-level presentations.- Contribute workflow insights and outcome-focused messaging for RFP/RFI responses.- Ensure smooth handoff to implementation teams and support change-management activities.- Conduct post-go-live Health Checks and identify optimization opportunities.- Mentor colleagues and contribute to best-practice workflows and consulting frameworks.What You Will Bring- 3+ years of experience in laboratory workflows, clinical informatics, or healthcare consulting.- Strong understanding of lab operations, workflow optimization, and diagnostic processes.- Experience working with LIMS, middleware, or healthcare IT systems.- Ability to translate clinical and operational needs into actionable workflow designs.- Comfort presenting to executive audiences and facilitating cross-functional discussions.- Strong analytical skills with experience in value modeling (ROI, KPIs, TCO).- Willingness to travel within the Western U.S. as needed for customer engagements.- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.Role Benefits- Company car provided.- Remote role supporting customers across the Western U.S.- High-visibility consulting role with direct impact on patient-care outcomes.- Opportunities to influence digital strategy across diverse healthcare organizations.#LI-BH1Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicatedHealthineers in more than 70 countries.
