DSC Alarm & Security Technician

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a DSCu2011certified Alarm & Security Technician to support commercial and residential clients throughout the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for a handsu2011on technician who takes pride in clean installations, accurate troubleshooting, and delivering highu2011quality security solutions. Key Responsibilities u2003u2022 Install, service, and troubleshoot alarm and security systems with a focus on DSC platforms u2003u2022 Perform system programming, testing, commissioning, and upgrades u2003u2022 Diagnose and resolve issues related to intrusion alarms, sensors, panels, and peripherals u2003u2022 Read and interpret wiring diagrams, layouts, and system documentation u2003u2022 Ensure all work meets local codes, manufacturer standards, and company quality expectations u2003u2022 Communicate professionally with clients regarding system functionality and recommendations Accurately document work completed, service notes, and materials used We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
