As a Registered Nurse On-Call, you are an essential part of our 24/7 care model. Youu2019ll provide skilled, responsive care during evenings, nights, and weekends addressing urgent patient needs, completing after-hours admissions, and offering calm, confident guidance during critical moments. The 7 days on / 7 days off overnight schedule offers professional autonomy, work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a profound impact when it is needed most. ( Qualifications Registered Nurse On-Call Requirements & Responsibilities: + Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters) + 1+ years of recent acute care experience required; hospice or home care experience preferred + Current RN license in state of practice and CPR certification + Respond to triage calls and provide after-hours nursing visits for symptom management, admissions, and care plan updates + Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on evolving needs + Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, offering education and support to patients and caregivers + Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation of care, outcomes, and communication + Must have reliable transportation, valid driveru2019s license, and proof of auto insurance Benefits & Schedule: + Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off Monday-Thursday 5:00pmu20138:00am and Friday 5 pm-Monday 8 AM + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance + Company-paid short/long-term disability and basic life insurance + 401(k) with up to 4% company match + Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities + Paid time off and paid holidays
