If so, we want you on our teamAs a Sr. Analyst on our Enterprise BI Data Products & Governance team, youu2019ll be the go-to expert for ensuring data integrity, transparency, and usability across our enterprise system, especially those that power our sales compensation platforms. Job Description What Youu2019ll Do + Be the data subject matter expertu2014know it, love it, explain it. + Curate and validate data that feeds into sales compensation systems. + Translate business needs into technical requirements and data models. + Collaborating across teams: Sales Comp, HRBPs, Data Engineering, Reporting. + Own the data lifecycle: discovery, profiling, testing, documentation. + Build and execute UAT plans and ensure data quality through QA checks. + Provide transparency and alerts to upstream data owners. + Drive proactive improvements and suggest enhancements to data systems. + Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. + Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. + Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
