React Developer - INTL Brazil

Job Description Youu2019ll work in a swarm model, focusing the team on one priority product at a time to deliver measurable ADA/WCAG accessibility improvements before moving to the next. This role is fully front-end, where youu2019ll develop and refine ReactJS, HTML, and CSS components, ensure compliance with accessibility standards, and support legacy UI by working with JSPs or similar technologies. Youu2019ll collaborate closely with product, UX, and engineering teams to implement pre-written accessibility requirements, validate outcomes against VPAT, and document improvements. Daily responsibilities include participating in standups, using GitHub workflows for pull requests and code reviews, and proactively surfacing risks or blockers. Youu2019ll also help modernize UI components while maintaining legacy systems, all while tracking progress toward accessibility goals.
