Position: Intermediate Welder Weu2019re looking for an experienced welder who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building components with accuracy and craftsmanship. In this role, youu2019ll set up and perform multiple welding processes while maintaining high standards for productivity, quality, and safety. Youu2019ll also have the chance to support newer welders and actively contribute to continuous improvement on the production floor. What Youu2019ll Do + Assist entryu2011level welders with interpreting blueprints, production orders, and layouts + Perform MIG, TIG, and resistance welding + Complete grinding, spatter removal, and related finishing tasks + Layout, fit, and fabricate metal components and structural forms + Execute changeovers, troubleshoot equipment, and adjust machines as needed + Meet efficiency standards within your first 3 months + Proficiently perform 3+ welding processes within department expectations + Measure welds to ensure adherence to print tolerances and reduce scrap + Act as a positive influence in driving continuous improvement on the shop floor Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED + Ability to pass written and handsu2011on welding assessments + Sheet metal or vocational welding training preferred Physical Requirements + Lift up to 40 lbs routinely + Frequent standing, bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting + Strong manual dexterity and good vision PPE & Dress Code + Steelu2011toed boots required (not provided) + All additional PPE supplied onsite + Must maintain a neat and clean appearance Interested?
