This role will orchestrate there-platforming of Komatsu websites built on various content managementsystems to the Adobe Experience Manager platform. Delivering aconsistent and world class online experience is a key outcome. Key JobResponsibilities Your primary responsibility will be analyzing websitefunctionality and gathering requirements from regional business teams.You will be required to translate functional specifications to re-buildwebsites, serving as the lead liaison between regional stakeholders andweb development teams. You will be working in close collaboration withthe digital marketing teams in a dozen regions, IT teams and vendors todevelop and execute website migrations. A foundational knowledge ofbusiness objectives, our digital channels and Adobe AEM capabilitieswill be critical for facilitating the website re-build process anddelivering a consistent online experience for customers in all markets. Manage and drive the migration of Komatsu websites onto Adobe AEM CMSand DAM Host discovery sessions and interviews with regional teams tounderstand the scope of their website functionality and document anddetail all build requirements in ADO Analyze existing websitefunctionality, user experience (UX), and technical architecture toidentify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Reviewwireframes, mockups, and prototypes in collaboration with UX/UIdesigners to ensure the proposed solutions meet business needs. Mapand document current and future state business processes, data flows,and system integrations relevant to the website. Maintain and managea prioritized requirements backlog, ensuring traceability andtransparent list of tickets to accomplish business goals Organizebacklog grooming meetings with development teams to ensure alldevelopment tickets are requirements and acceptance criteria are fullyunderstood by technical development teams Write UAT plans and QAcompleted development work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria andaligns with business needs Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)activities, including developing UAT plans, coordinating testers, andmanaging defect...
