And ifthat's you we would love to have you join us Job Description The MVService Manager leads the development and execution of business strategyand initiatives through a team of post shipment support resources, fieldengineers, professionals, alliances resources, and administrativepersonnel. You will manage the Medium Voltage service business andensure profitable delivery of the post shipment support offerings. Theyinclude commissioning, maintenance, modernization, and associatedreliability services under the (LCS) Life Cycle Services portfolio. Youwill report to the Delivery Director and have a hybrid schedule workingin Cambridge, ON, Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH. YourResponsibilities: Manage P&L financials, developing and implementingbusiness plans for medium voltage services. Provide commercial supportin securing LCS business and developing new offerings. Provide supportas an escalation point for issues related to MV offerings workingtogether with the PCB business. Coach and provide guidance to the team,including supporting roles with Rockwell ecosystem. Lead governance ofthe global field competency program, develop support resources, andensure growth and alignment if related content. Understand and manageexpectations of internal and external stakeholders to achieve projectsuccess and strengthen Rockwell's position. The Essentials - You WillHave: Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experince Legalauthorization to work in Canada or the USA is required.
