JOB REQUIREMENTS: Division: Critical Facilities-Data Centers ProjectLocation(s): Phoenix, AZ 85001 USA Minimum Years Experience: TravelInvolved: 100% Job Type: Regular Job Classification: ExperiencedEducation: Job Family: Construction Compensation: Salaried Non-Exempt This position is for a full time traveling assignment supportingan Advanced Technology project, which includes our Data Center,Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewablesmarket segment groups (MSG). Position Description: Oversee anddirect preconstruction, engineering and field installation of allMechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems. Reports to: ProjectManager, Project Executive Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Specifically relating to the mechanical and electrical systems (e.g.HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, LowVoltage, Fire Sprinkler) Develop andmaintain relationships with engineers, design consultants,subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner's representatives toensure alignment with client goals and expectations from initiation tocompletion of the project. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding ofthe contract documents (including Turner's contract, plans,specifications and applicable codes). Lead, supervise and develop TurnerMEP staff, including providing input on or completing performanceappraisals. Oversee daily activities of Engineer-MEP,Superintendent-MEP, and subordinates. Manage MEP procurement, projectbudgets, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling,installation, commissioning, and close-out processes. #LI-SO2Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years' experiencewith progressively more responsible exposure to design, cost, sequence,logistics and field installations of Mechanical and Electrical systemsor equivalent combination of training and experience. Able to identifydesign features that command cost premiums and recommend alternativesthat deliver comparable or improved function. Demonstrated ability topresent technical material. LEED accreditation preferred. Very strongoral and written communication skills required. Strong computer skillsand a familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Knowledge ofproject management and scheduling software desirable. Ability toimplement leading edge technologies to benefit the project. Demonstratedleadership and interpersonal skills.
