Thisrole will design, refine, and implement AI-driven processes within theBloomberg ecosystem to enhance research, trading, and portfoliomanagement effectiveness. We currently operate in a hybrid workingmodel, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.Location(s): Charlotte, NC, Milwaukee, WI, or Boston, MAResponsibilities Serve as Allspring's primary liaison with Bloomberg toco-develop and deploy agentic AI workflow solutions tailored forinvestment professionals. Translate investment team needs intoAI-enabled use cases that can be operationalized within Bloomberg tools,APIs, and data environments. Prototype, test, and iterate AI workflowsin partnership with research analysts, traders, and portfolio managers.Assess existing investment processes and identify opportunities where AIcan automate, augment, or accelerate decision-making. Evaluate dataquality, model performance, and workflow reliability, ensuring solutionsmeet the standards of institutional asset management. Providesubject-matter guidance to investment teams on AI capabilities,limitations, and best practices for adoption. Collaborate withEngineering & Technology to align Bloomberg-integrated AI workflows withfirmwide AI strategy. Support change management, training, anddocumentation for newly deployed AI workflows. Qualifications RequiredQualifications Direct experience working as part of the investmentprocess (e.g., investment research analyst, trader, or portfoliomanager). Strong understanding of institutional investment workflows,including research processes, data usage, trading workflows, andportfolio construction. Demonstrated experience collaborating with orleveraging Bloomberg systems, data, and tools in an investment context.Hands-on experience applying analytical, technical, or AI capabilitiesto improve investment or trading workflows. Ability to translateinvestment problems into structured technical requirements and partnerwith engineers/data scientists to deliver solutions. Strongcommunication skills with the ability to engage senior investmentprofessionals and external partners. Bachelor's degree in finance,economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
