JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Portfolio Operations Analyst LocationUS-WI-Milwaukee ID 2026-1090 Position Type Full-Time Category OperationsOverview Allspring Global Investments is looking for a senior levelportfolio analyst to join our Portfolio Accounting team. The candidateshould have a minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio accountingor related operations experience with a history of increasingresponsibilities and leadership roles. A track record of identifying andimplementing improvements, including controls to mitigate risk, isconsidered a strong plus. In addition, candidate must have provenleadership skills and demonstrate a willingness to lead teams andprojects. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby youwill be required to work in-office 4 days per week. Location(s):Milwaukee, WI Responsibilities Initiating and leading improvementsacross portfolio accounting and portfolio performance functions.Supporting the deployment of new products and services as part ofproject teams. Effectively leading escalation efforts with custodiansand other parties to resolve discrepancies timely and help address theroot cause of ongoing issues. Identifying opportunities to reduce riskand/or increase efficiencies across core portfolio accounting functionsincluding team reconciliations, performance analysis, daily cash supportand complex derivatives activities. Additional responsibilities mayinclude team lead roles, overseeing preparation of daily and month-endreconciliations, aged items and monthly management metrics reporting.Candidate must be able to clearly and effectively communicate withcustodians, internal operational team members, investment team contactsand relationship managers to resolve issues and build sound workingrelationships. Qualifications Required Qualifications 5 plus years ofinvestment operations experience Strong attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated time management, analytical and organizational skills.Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to variouslevels of staff and management. Proven ability to manage risk, mitigaterisk and make sound decisions. Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communicationskills.
