TheCeO Advisor engages students in decision making processes and promotesappropriate and responsible choices on academic matters such as courseselection, degree requirements, academic support, career exploration,and high impact experiences. The CeO Advisor maintains appropriateconfidentiality, updates student advising records, and contributes tothe development and delivery of academic advising related events andprograms. They work to ensure students receive accurate, timely, andholistic advising services in support of promoting student success,retention, and graduation and strives to create belonging and community.This position is full-time, 100% FTE. Expected start date for thisposition is May 17, 2026. Ongoing/Renewable This position is eligiblefor: partial remote work. Remote work requires an approved remote workagreement (RWA) agreement. An RWA requires successful candidates topossess their own high-speed internet and phone to perform the work on auniversity provided computer. Per University policy, transportationbetween home and assigned work location is not payable/reimbursable andwill be at the expense of the employee.Key Job Responsibilities:Participates in the campus-wide advising community providing input toleadership regarding the development of advising, recruitment, andco/curricular programs offered by the school/college Implements academicadvising events such as workshops, panel discussions, and guest speakersLeads in the development and coordination of CeO Student Wellness Leaderinitiative Maintains confidentiality and accurate student records andprocesses and responds to academic inquiries according to establishedinstitutional and Family Educational Rights and Privacy...
