The Field Application Scientist Intern work with Life Sciences Field applications team to learn existing processes and help drive project goals to completion. We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of u201cgiving our world more smiles.u201d Visit: Job Description Responsibilities : + Field Application Scientist Knowledge base redesign + Organize and streamline the knowledge base system to improve access to product resources. + Use New SharePoint template and propose new ideas + Transfer data and links to improve user accessibility + Collaborate on creating templates and other assets to support scalable Sales Enablement initiatives. + Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand the role of marketing and customer feedback + All interns will participate in a weekly 1:1 project update with the Supervisor. + All Interns will have a chance to participate in customer calls when appropriate. + All interns will attend weekly Field Application Scientist team meetings and other internal meetings as assigned + All interns will prepare and present final report of accomplishments and learnings at conclusion of internship to select sales leadership Requirements: + Must be at least a 2nd year bachelors degree student and a returning student with focus on Biology/Biotechnology + Strong proficiency in cell culture science, bioprocess, and general u2018technical marketingu2019 techniques . + Aptitude for understanding, communicating, and interpreting scientific concepts, applications and methods. + Highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to multitask and adjust quickly. + Customer focused/Strong networking skills + Well organized + Ability to work with others and independently as required. + Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Salary and Benefits: + For California, the base salary range for this position is $23.00- $25.00 per hour.
