Position Overview Status: Part-Time (Hybrid: Remote with in-field support as needed) Classification: Non-Exempt Schedule: Based on individual client needs Supervises: RBTs, Staff Leads, Assistant Managers, CLIs About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges by designing and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Responsibilities + Conduct behavioral and skills assessments + Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans + Analyze behaviors to identify function and develop effective interventions + Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making + Provide ongoing coaching, training, and supervision to staff + Collaborate with families, interdisciplinary teams, and external providers + Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and company standards + Support crisis intervention and behavioral strategies when needed + Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning (as applicable) Compensation $50.00 per houru00a0 What You Bring Education: + Masteru2019s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Experience: + 3u20135 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related diagnoses + Experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges Certification: + Active BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision) through BACB Additional Requirements + Valid driveru2019s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation + Current CPR/First Aid certification + Current TB test/PPD or Chest X-Ray (as required) Key Skills & Strengths + Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound clinical decisions + Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills + Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth + Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Why Join Us?
