You are essential to facilitating detailed and precise patient electronic records at our Main location - 555 N Arlington Ave Who are we? The Medical Scribe is responsible for working with our doctors to ensure accurate patient records. You can expect to regularly: + Transcribe the patientu2019s history, physical exam findings, consultations, labs, X-rays, and other evaluations into the electronic medical record with accuracy and efficiency during patient visit; + Rectify mistakes or inconsistencies in patientu2019s electronic medical record. + Input accurate charges into patientu2019s electronic medical record. + Ensure the presence of medical scribe in patient exam room does not detract from provideru2019s treatment of patient. Requirements Certifications/Educations: + High School Diploma Knowledge of: + Human anatomy and terminology; + HIPAA regulations and procedures; Experience: + Communicating effectively in a professional setting. Preferred Qualifications - How can you set yourself apart from other applicants? + Experience using electronic medical records systems such as Epic.
