We are currently seeking a Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US). The OCM Analyst will support Business Operations Support (BOS) for a state Medicaid Program. Working under the direction of the OCM Manager, this role will analyze organizational impacts, develop change management strategies, create training materials, and support alignment across multiple Project Management Offices (PMOs). The successful candidate will collaborate with state business staff, system and service vendors, and NTT DATA project managers and consultants to support planning, design, UAT, implementation, and evaluation of key system and processes changes. Key Responsibilities Organizational Change Management u2022 Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and risk evaluations. u2022 Apply structured OCM methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosciu00ae) to guide change activities. u2022 Develop OCM deliverables including Change Management Plans, Communication Plans, Stakeholder Maps, and Reinforcement Plans. u2022 Review vendor OCM deliverables (e.g., Communication Plans, Training Plans) for quality and alignment. u2022 Identify resistance, develop mitigation strategies, and track OCM issues and adoption progress. u2022 Support organizational alignment across PMOs and ensure consistent OCM practices. Training & Learning Development u2022 Conduct training needs assessments based on project impacts and stakeholder groups. u2022 Develop training materials including user guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), presentations, facilitator guides, and job aids. u2022 Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical or process-heavy content into clear, user-friendly training. u2022 Deliver training sessions (virtual or in-person) and support end-user readiness. u2022 Conduct post-training evaluations, measure outcomes, and apply continuous improvement. u2022 Support staffing and training plans for new processes and system changes. Business Analysis & Project Support u2022 Analyze technical, business, and user needs to develop clear requirements documentation. u2022 Review project artifacts throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for quality, compliance, and completeness. u2022 Identify and report issues, risks, and dependencies. u2022 Research business problems and provide recommendations to support decision-making. u2022 Ensure project methodologies, processes, and governance standards are followed. u2022 Prepare and deliver presentations to business leaders, vendors, and project teams. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement u2022 Develop and execute communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders. u2022 Identify communication channels, formats, and frequency to support project transparency and adoption. u2022 Promote consistent messaging across PMOs, vendors, and business units. u2022 Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding. u2022 Publish communication materials throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: u2022 6+ years supporting or developing healthcare systems. u2022 3+ years supporting large, complex Medicaid system implementations or Medicaid business operations. u2022 3+ years supporting state Medicaid Programs/Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) with experience in training, communications, or OCM. u2022 1+ year working with SDLC methodologies and project management principles. u2022 2+ years delivering OCM work (change methodology, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, organizational readiness, etc.). Preferred Skills: u2022 Strong verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. u2022 Excellent technical and professional writing skills. u2022 Experience in consulting and OCM; Prosciu00ae or similar certification preferred. u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft tools, Jira, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. u2022 Experience working with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) vendors. u2022 Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT teams. u2022 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client service skills. u2022 Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and guide teams through change. u2022 Exceptional organizational and time management skills. _Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $87,132- $130,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidateu2019s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
