Lead Warehouse Material Handler

JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYU.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S.Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as anindustry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, andlubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, andautomotive dealerships. Schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday,2:00pm - 10:30pm and Sundays, 1:00pm - 9:30pm or until work iscompleted. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.Overtime required as needed. Mandatory overtime is required through themonths of September through end of December. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Load,unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environmentusing industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment Usescanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory controlYou can expect to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift andoccasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires youwill do team lifts or use mechanical equipment. When working withbarrels or industrial/agricultural tires you will need to be able toexert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds Some of our stock racks are 25feet tall, so you must be comfortable working at those heights safelywhile operating equipment. Be on the move. You should be willing andable to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtimeas needed Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to allsafety policies and operating procedures. Onboard and train new hiresSupport Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasksAssist with managing inventory by conducting cycle counts.
